I had a terrible experience before selling my home. He listened to me and assured me this would be different. Of course not knowing him I thought “we’ll see” well, I see. His expansive knowledge, full transparency, and refreshing personality made for the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve asked for. We sold 7 hrs after listing for well over asking, but he wasn’t done there. After the initial sale he kept me informed on everything that was happening in the background. I will never use another realtor again.

We're a military family, so our situation was very unique. We we're doing video tours, pictures and phone calls. When I came to town to look at the house, Rocky was spot on with everything he talked to us about.
