I recently purchased a condo through Chris Chase and the entire transaction was seamless! Chris and Deanna Kellar kept me updated throughout the process and I was provided with a convenient portal where I could regularly check to see the status of my purchase through every stage. If there were any hiccups along the way, I did not know about them because Chris and Deanna handled every little detail. Definitely went the extra mile
Where do I begin? Jared Perez didn’t just do his job. He went well above and beyond. I had a terrible experience before selling my home. He listened to me and assured me this would be different. Of course not knowing him I thought “we’ll see” well, I see. His expansive knowledge, full transparency, and refreshing personality made for the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve asked for. We sold 7 hrs after listing for well over asking, but he wasn’t done there. After the initial sale he kept me informed on everything that was happening in the background. I will never use another realtor again. I actually look forward to finding a home with his help. Ask for Jared. He will far surpass your expectations.

If you're not using Chase Group, you're missing out! The entire team is extremely thoughtful and truly cares. Rocky Melendez was our realtor. He helped multiple family members, so I knew right away I could trust Rocky. He was there for us from the beginning answering questions, getting a feel for what we liked, and when it came to making a decision- his insight and strategy was invaluable. We're a military family, so our situation was very unique. We we're doing video tours, pictures and phone calls. When I came to town to look at the house, Rocky was spot on with everything he talked to us about. I would highly encourage anyone looking in the greater Cleveland area to go with Rocky and the Chase group overall. I kept talking to friends and family about how easy everything felt with him.
