Matt Chase is a highly accomplished and growth-focused visionary and owner of several companies affiliated with real estate. He runs the Chase Group @ Keller Williams, a full service real estate team that helps clients with their real estate needs from Cleveland to the Lake Erie Islands. In just over a decade the Chase Group has helped more than 2,000 families totaling more than $300 Million in home sales. Last year, Chase Group ranked in the top ten for teams out of 36,000 realtors in Ohio by Real Trends.
Matt also owns and manages a rental portfolio consisting of 70+ residential and commercial units and owns a minority stake in Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan and also sits on their board of directors.
In addition to his real estate business, Matt is the Founder and President of Thanksgiving Heroes CLE a charity that feeds 2,000 families per year during the week of Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Heroes CLE accomplishes their mission through partnerships with many leading local businesses and hundreds of local volunteers, including past clients.
Matt is married to Julie Chase who helps run their real estate rental business. They have three girls and a dog named Cooper.
