Ashley Dobransky
Director of Operations
Ashley Dobransky is the Director of Operations for The Chase Group, bringing a people-first approach and a strong operational background to the team. She began her real estate career in 2019 with Keller Williams, where she built a foundation in client experience and brokerage operations. In 2021, Ashley joined the #1 real estate team in Ohio, growing from Closing Transaction Coordinator to Executive Director, overseeing multiple departments and supporting leadership and more than 150 agents.
Ashley is passionate about creating systems that support growth while keeping people at the center of everything she does. She believes that clear communication, collaboration, and consistency are key to a high-performing team. As she continues to grow alongside The Chase Group, Ashley plans to pursue her real estate license to further strengthen her ability to support agents from every perspective.
At her core, Ashley values integrity, accountability, and genuine relationships. She is committed to fostering a team culture built on trust, service, and shared success—where agents feel supported, clients feel cared for, and everyone is encouraged to grow together.
Outside of work, she is a proud dog mom to three pups—Juno, Tucker, and Tully. She enjoy's spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, and embracing her role as the oldest of four siblings, which has shaped her leadership style and sense of responsibility.
